My name is Kerin and I am currently employed as a Recruiter for a large staffing agency her in Columbus.  My husband and I live in Delaware.  We have a dog named Ross that loves to take walks and hang with mom and dad.  I enjoy scrapbooking, gardening and visiting my family in Dayton on the weekends.  I am currently pursuing my Associates Degree in Graphics Communication and plan to attend Franklin University to get my Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.  I would like to be self employed as a Graphic Designer after graduation.

My expectations from taking this course are to learn more about the basics of web design and HTML coding.  I want to make sure that I have a clear understanding of what options are available versus print materials.  In the future, I want to be able to offer clients, small groups and non-profits an avenue for getting information on the Web.  For now, I will probably assist friends with setting up websites for their home based businesses or maybe for an organization that they belong to.
